About the opportunity
Your role will be to deliver the McKesson UK Pharma and Speciality Services strategy across both our homecare and distribution accounts developing strategies for growth and building strong relationships that maximise future opportunities.
You will be the central interface between McKesson UK and its key strategic pharmaceutical manufacturer clients. The role involves managing both the distribution and homecare strategic relationships ensuring manufactures can effectively navigate the McKesson proposition to drive value and growth.
You will manage a complex web of relationships within the pharmaceutical industry ranging from Managing Director, Finance Director, Commercial and Supply Chain Director, Marketing, Brand and Contracts managers with a focus on both retentions of accounts and identification of new opportunities.

You will have account management skills with excellent stakeholder management and be results driven with demonstrable drive and enthusiasm and the ability to demonstrate / evidence commercial acumen and analytical skills.
As the role will cover the whole of the UK with travel to our offices in Coventry and Harlow it is essential you have a flexible and responsive approach to work. You will need to be self-motivated with excellent organisational and planning skills.
