About the opportunity

To support the NHS and Supermarket categories of the LloydsPharmacy business by responding quickly and flexibly to the changing needs, proactively delivering effective solutions to improve performance and efficiencies. To give effective operational support to cross-functional working groups, ensuring optimisation of new pharmacy operations and professional initiatives. Through a detailed understanding of pharmacy operations, develop best practice initiatives that lead to greater operational efficiencies and enable improvements in pharmacy compliance. To deliver the above through pro-active engagement with pharmacies and Network leadership teams, ensuring that all views, barriers and business benefits are understood and fully considered as part of the decision-making process by key stakeholders.

About you

The ideal candidate will have experience in a pharmacy dispensing environment, great communication skills with a sound working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint and outlook.
