This role would provide an ideal starting point for someone looking to progress a career in engagement, PR or internal communications

You will be responsible for providing administration and co-ordination support to the Communications team that sits within a wider HR function of over 100 people.

This will be a busy and varied role where each day will be different. You will be supporting your team members with administrative duties and diary management, monitoring in-boxes, reviewing media coverage, creating internal posters, writing and distributing company emails and reviewing our social media platforms.

About you

We are looking for strong administration skills combined with a flair for writing and a passion for communications.


This is a great opportunity for either an experienced administrator from HR, comms or marketing – or a recent graduate in marketing or comms looking to kick start their career.

The closing date for this vacancy is 22 May and we are holding a half day assessment centre on 29 May PM. The assessment day will involve a group exercise, a written test (to check for grammar, spelling and your writing style) and an interview.
