About the department
The Healthcare and NHS Pharmacy Services channel is an exciting area of growth for LloydsPharmacy. The department has recently grown to include the delivery of medicines optimisation services in primary care, an exciting area backed by NHSE policy and funding commitments. The role will span all activity this new channel.
About the opportunity
are looking for a Regional Service Development Manager to support the successful growth of our pharmacist services channel. You will work across primary and secondary care as part of a senior team, holding accountability for the delivery of high-quality medicines optimisation services within your defined geography, in addition to landing new opportunities through the development of relationships that you build with current and new partners.
We’re looking for an individual who is comfortable liaising with senior NHS stakeholders to deliver partnership working and is both commercially and operationally experienced in this arena. Key to the role will be the formation of positive relationships across the NHS, former account management experience, an intricate understanding of commissioning structures, medicines optimisation services, and the needs of General Practice is highly desirable.
