About the opportunity
As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will optimise supply planning processes and system to deliver great product availability and inventory investment outcomes for customers and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of projects to improve supply performance outcomes as well as delivering great product availability outcomes
The Senior Supply Chain Manager will act as the face of supply chain in developing and managing relationships with internal stakeholders and build awareness and engagement in the replenishment process and supply goals.
Being a leader and having a high performing is a key part of this role, you will lead coach and develop a team of Supply Chain Analyst to achieve the overall McKesson strategy.
This role is a career progression role, acting as number two to the Head of Supply & Inventory, and offers great opportunity for personal development and progression.
We are looking for individuals who are a natural fit for our ICare and ILead behaviors. You will have a broad range of supply chain experience and be highly analytical.
We are looking for individuals who are change orientated and comfortable with ambiguity and a self-starter.
You will have experience of managing stoke replenishment in a complex retail/wholesale multi-echelon environment.
