About the opportunity
Based at our UK Head Office in Coventry the Total Rewards Specialist will support the Total Rewards Manager in the development and delivery of the rewards strategy, through contributing to policies and procedures, continuous improvement and management of general reward activity relating to remuneration, employee benefits & pension plans.
You will undertake salary surveys, internal and external job evaluation and benchmarking exercises plus conduct regular reviews and analysis of the uptake and usage of benefits, making recommendations for any actions and promotion to ensure our benefits are well utilised.
Working as part of a HR function of over one hundred colleagues you will be confident in coaching and supporting the teams on reward policies and practices to enable successful delivery of the reward strategy plus act as the escalation point for any queries relating to pay and benefits
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a reward role; familiar with benchmarking, incentives, recognition and total rewards strategy. We will need someone who is very good technically so excel experience is a must but also someone with good communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally and manage stakeholders.
