About the opportunity
The role holder works as a key member of a support team, who proactively, and reactively, addresses customer issues whilst working alongside their Field Sales colleagues as well as supporting the sales function with tactical campaign activity. In doing so, they support AAH in delivering on our customer promises and manage the delivery of an effective and timely solution that satisfies the customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Customer Service/Internal Sales with a strong track record of exceeding customer expectations.
Pharmacy/Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
