About the opportunity
This is a Sales Account Management role across a diverse customer base with volume sales & GP targets along with with tactical selling activity e.g. products & propositions.
The role involves building and managing sustainable business relationships where your influencing and interpersonal abilities will come to the fore. You will need to be someone who enjoys driving results in a fast-paced and complex environment mixed with short and long term growth targets & opportunities.
The role requires a well planned structured approach and an appetite to follow a sale through to completion and then manage a customers compliance & expectation.
To be successful you will need to be resilient, determined, structured and competent in prioritising your time around a segmented customer base. A team player willing to share with others and self reflect to improve your own performance.
A focussed measured approach is key along with a sense of humour and a perspective on what’s needed to get the job done.
