About the opportunity
Our Business Analysis team plays a key role in the delivery of a range of business-critical technology projects from our Coventry head office. As a Business Analyst, you’ll provide engagement to several major projects in an Agile environment at different stages of their lifecycle, from initial concepts and business casing, through development, testing and benefits realisation.

Your work will include mapping and Analysis of complex business process maps, eliciting and documentation of requirements, stakeholder engagement and UAT facilitation.

About you
To be successful, you will be a talented and enthusiastic Business Analyst professional with a track record of delivery in a previous role supporting major projects in a large, complex organisation.

You will have good theoretical knowledge of and practical exposure to Agile working methodologies, with a methodical approach to process documentation, review and design.

This technical knowledge and process-oriented mindset will be coupled with strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

As an individual, you’ll be flexible and adaptable as per the fast-moving nature of the organisation with changing priorities, with a keen eye for the continual improvement of our processes and procedures.
