About the opportunity

If you are looking to join a large corporate business, with a HR department of over one hundred people, this could be the start of a fantastic career.

This is a key role in our HR shared service centre team where you will be providing customer focused

HR administration services over the telephone, face to face and via email. You will be speaking to your customers about standard policies and procedures in a professional and consistent manner ensuring queries are resolved promptly and accurately.

We are a busy and fast moving business and this role is no different. If you enjoy working in a job where you will be often be under pressure, working to SLA’s and deadlines but also as part of a friendly and supportive team where you will able to learn new skills, this could be the role for you.

About you 

To be considered for this role it is essential you have worked within a HR department and/or have a HR qualification (degree or CIPD). Due to the nature of working in HR you will also be confident in handling sensitive and difficult situations in line our with our ICARE values.

As ‘Customer First’ is one of company values you will possess exceptional customer service skills and be comfortable in a customer facing and telephone based role.

Attention to detail is a must combined with strong Microsoft word and excel skills.
