McKesson UK, a pioneering provider of integrated healthcare services have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Propositions Manager to join our growing Customer Development team within our AAH 3rd Party Sales channel.
Our 3rd Party Sales division is about moving beyond the basics of accurate orders and on-time deliveries towards a true partnership where we listen to our Pharmacy customers, understand their needs & challenges to deliver tailored services that make it easier for them to serve their patients.
As a key member of the senior leadership team the Senior Propositions Manager will be accountable for the strategic development, implementation and ongoing management of AAH’s Customer Proposition.
A key element of this role will encompass our Technology Proposition and the business support elements of our Careway programme. The successful delivery of these key propositions will require the management of relationships across a wide range of internal & external stakeholders, whilst providing a level of escalations for any queries or issues that require resolution from the team.
He/she will have direct line management of a small team focused on the tasks of; product management, support and training proposition development, customers training support, proposition development support and the deployment of our ProScript Connect solution (dispensing system) to 1,900+ Third Party Pharmacy Customers.
The ideal applicant will have an In-depth understanding of markets, technology and business drivers, with a clear ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels. He/she will be well versed in developing, designing and implementation of new propositions with strong people management skills, both for direct and virtual teams.
To succeed in this role it is essential that you possess strong commercial acumen, financial/analytical skills and creativity, with the capability to engage at a senior level within and outside the company, to strategically position Celesio UK and its offerings for maximum competitive advantage
Previous commercial experience or knowledge of the Pharmacy/Healthcare industry would be highly advantageous but not essential for the role.
