This is an exciting opportunity for a Loss Prevention Manager to join our John Bell and Croyden team.

John Bell & Croyden is a large, premium pharmacy and wellbeing store in London W1. We are committed to providing professional, holistic health advice whilst offering the best products from across the globe. Our product range includes pharmaceuticals, vitamins, healthcare and medical products plus a large beauty department.

Responsibilities

As a Loss Prevention Manager your primary focus and responsibility will be for the security and protection of a premium retail healthcare store. You will be required to lead and develop the loss prevention team to ensure that the store, staff and stock remains safe and secure at all times. You will be required to deliver a high level of customer service and to maximise commercial efficiency by ensuring loss is minimised at every opportunity.

Skills

You will have an ability and proven track record to demonstrate strong leadership skills and an ability to coach individuals to perform to the company’s demanding high standards. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as is the ability to problem solve, think creatively and to remain calm under pressure. You will be required to come up with ways to identify areas of high risk and develop procedures to roll out to staff regarding reducing stock loss.

Experience

Experience of working for a premium brand, fast paced environment is essential. The role will involve managing of another team member and you will have the ability to work calmly and discreetly at all times, especially in stressful situations. You will have strong operational skills and demonstrate a forward thinking approach. The successful person will also hold a SLA certificate.
