Our 3rd Party Sales division is about moving beyond the basics of accurate orders and on-time deliveries towards a true partnership where we listen to our Pharmacy customers, understand their needs & challenges to deliver tailored services that make it easier for them to serve their patients.
Reporting directly to the Telesales Manager, the Telesales Executive will be responsible for providing effective sales and first class customer support to all new and existing independent pharmacies / customers.
This unique opportunity is perfect for an ambitious telesales professional looking to establish their career with one of the UK’s largest Pharmacy and Healthcare providers. With full onsite training available, he/she will be expected to build positive customer relationships with Independent Pharmacies, which will create new opportunities to secure additional business for Trident / Celesio UK.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Undertake detailed pre-call planning before each call
- Build positive customer relationships across your territory
- Achieving targeted levels of sales, mix and margin from all Independent Pharmacy customers
- To update & maintain all customer record sheets and memos
- Monitor your own performance on a daily basis by using BI sales and margin reports
- Research / feedback on competitor activity and market information to the wider commercial team.
The ideal applicant will have a clear desire to build a successful career within a business development and sales environment. It is important that you are comfortable working to sales targets with a real passion for developing business and building customer relationships.
The successful applicant will have previous commercial experience in a telesales or account management role. He/she will possess strong Influencing skills, which are essential for managing both internal and external stakeholders. As the Telesales Executive, you will be confident in your negotiation ability with clear evidence of strong planning and organisation skills.
