Opportunity:

Celesio UK, a pioneering provider of integrated healthcare services have an exciting opportunity for Quality Management Coordinator to join our established Quality & Regulatory division within AAH Pharmaceuticals.

Role:

As the Quality Management Coordinator, you will be accountable for ensuring that all regulatory requirements are being met and company standards & documentation are maintained, controlled and communicated effectively. He/she will be committed to protecting product and patient safety by providing support for the AAH wholesale network in assuring compliance and best practice across the business.

The successful applicant will provide a link to customers, suppliers and regulatory bodies, to ensure all licensing and quality requirements are maintained whilst supporting with the management of the Celesio UK Quality and Environmental Management System.

A key element of this role will be focussed on the Co-ordination of Quality activities across all areas of the business, ensuring policies and procedures are fully documented to support compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Quality Management Coordinator will be expected to provide guidance and expertise to the business, ensuring a best in class quality system. He/she will also champion continuous improvement of Celesio UK processes and contribute to the management and implementation of quality initiatives.

Other responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assisting with internal and external audits where necessary
  • Ensuring timely & accurate data / KPI reports / action plans are issued as required
  • Ensuring incoming correspondence & enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Assisting with advertising compliance checks, risk management and non-conformance management activities

Requirements

The ideal applicant will be a certified / trained internal auditor with working knowledge of Quality Management standards & documentation requirements. He/she will be well versed in electronic Quality Management Software and have experience of managing non-conformance and risk.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you are confident in delivering training or presentations and have exceptional technical authoring skills. Previous commercial experience within a Scientific, Pharmaceutical or similar industry experience would be highly advantageous but not essential.

Please note that is role will be based out of our Head office in Coventry, but will also encompass frequent travel throughout our AAH Branch network; so a full UK driver’s licence will be required.

Location:

This role is based at our Support Centre in Coventry, Walsgrave Triangle, CV2 2TX. We are located just off junction 2 of the M6, easily accessible by car. If using public transport, we are 5.5 miles from Coventry train station, approx. 40 minutes by bus from the station.
