As a valued member of our pharmacy team, you will help ensure that our customers and patients get the best possible service every time they visit one of our stores. Through your passion to deliver a great healthcare service and your ability to provide professional advice, you’ll play an important role in your local community. The knowledge you gain at LloydsPharmacy will enable you to deliver products and services that have a direct, positive impact on people’s lives.
As a Pharmacy Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for all Pharmacy staff for guidance and advice on a day to day basis.
You will quickly become an integral part of the team, with a large part of your week spent coaching and mentoring staff members. Your goal will be to create a culture of high performance by managing the customer and patient experience to ensure that you and the pharmacy team provide an excellent customer experience at all times.
With the assistance of the Pharmacy Manager, you will lead the efficient delivery of the outpatient dispensing service and take responsibility and accountability in delivering contractual requirements including KPI’s and governance standards.
To be successful in this role you must possess excellent relationship building skills, have an approachable and ambitious personality, as well as the ability to motivate and nurture those around you. Progression is readily available across the Lloyds Pharmacy network, including the option to progress to a Pharmacy Manager position or to move as a Supervisor into a larger volume store within our community pharmacy network.
