Business Analyst - ERP

Business Analyst - ERP

Coventry, Warwickshire

Negotiable Salaries

Full time

Celesio UK is going through a period of major business transformation to support the changing world of the UK healthcare sector. As such we are looking to build a best-in-class Business Analysis capability at our Coventry head office.

This role will play a key role in the delivery of one of the most business' most significant change agendas, with end-to-end explosure to our SAP ERP programme. Joining a team of muti-disiplined BA professionals, the Business Analysis will hold responsibility for activities including business engagement, requirements gathering, process mapping and re-modelling, UAT facilitation and change management. You'll be focussing on the delivery of this solution to our UK business, but join a wider community of Celesio ERP programme colleagues across Europe.

While we expect this role to focus primarity on our SAP ERP solution, there will be longer-term exposure to other project areas such as e-commerce, infrastructure and clinical systems.

About the Role

You will co-ordinate design teams by attending workshops, reviewing design documentation, identifying integration points, organising integration sessions and facilitating resolution of issues in order to reduce the overall effort for design and maximise the use of consultants. You will provide advice and guidance of best practice to project team members and less experienced staff.

You will apply strategic thinking to all design/deliverables/planning, concentrating on benefits related design and develop business best practice as appropriate. You will understand the business of being a pharmacy/retailer, looking both outside and inside the company for best practice and be able to contribute to discussions across business process areas, understanding key integration points from a business perspective.

About You

You will have experience of performing a similar role within a large complex private sector organisation. Those with exposure to ERP solutions will have a distinct advantage.

You will need an appreciation of project life-cycle/deliverables, or the equivalent IT development experience plus a demonstrable grasp of business related issues and opportunities.

Ideally you will hold certification in a Business Analysis qualification (eg. ISEB), but will consider those qualified through experience.
