An opportunity has arisen to develop and progress an exciting career within Celesio UK and LloydsPharmacy.  

We currently have a vacancy for a Travel Booker to support in the travel and accommodation booking for Celesio UK.

You will check the most cost effective travel solutions where possible and booking will cover Hotels, Car parking and Trains and Air journeys. You will be the main point of contact for all travel queries and support in the general administration of the wider team.


You will be well organised and able to prioritise your workload effectively. You will have the ability to work accurately and you will have strong communication skills and be able to build good rapport with others quickly and effectively.

The successful candidate must have good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will also be an enthusiastic team player who is eager to use their skills to the best of their ability at all times.

Previous administrative experience working in a commercial office environment is required for this role.


This role is based at our Support Centre in Coventry, Walsgrave Triangle, CV2 2TX. We are located just off junction 2 of the M6, easily accessible by car. If using public transport, we are 5.5 miles from Coventry train station, approx. 40 minutes by bus from the station.
