As a Pharmacy Cluster Manager you will lead, direct, and motivate your teams to achieve the Company, Regional and Area objectives. Your role will also include driving initiatives as well as having accountability for profit targets and all KPI’s within the area.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead best practice in operational standards and compliance ensuring the best customer and patient experience.

You will proactively contribute to the growth and development of your cluster area as well as accountability for profit targets and all KPI’s within the area.

Qualifications and desired skills

  • Be a retail leader or qualified Pharmacist
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a team across multiple stores
  • Demonstrates a brilliant commercial acumen
  • Excellent communications and coaching skills to engage and inspire colleagues
  • Be competent in delivering the highest standards of clinical excellence
