Celesio / AAH have an exciting field based opportunity for a Technology Delivery Manager join our innovative and forward thinking AAH proposition & sales team.
As the Technology Delivery Manager, he/she will be working as a key/virtual member of our sales team, identifying and selling bespoke technology solutions to 3rd Party pharmacy customers. The successful applicant will be accountable for providing & managing the delivery of a cost effective & profitable technology solution that satisfies our customer requirements.
He/she will be expected to manage the sales process following referral’s from an account manager, all the way through to contract signature and implementation, at which point it will be handed back to the account manager
The Technology Delivery Manager will be expected to provide on-site customer training and will act as the field based business expert responsible for modelling, selling, sale completion and implementation of our technology proposition.
He/she will maintain expert knowledge of, and report upwards on, new opportunities in the market place; whilst effectively engaging other parts of the Celesio/AHH business to strengthen propositions and overcome barriers to successful delivery.
The Technology Delivery Manager will often accompany sales professionals/managers on visits to customers to actively develop leads and lead the sales process for speciality/bespoke solutions. A key element of this post will be to support our account managers with retention and contract renewal, whist potentially leading implementation teams and internal stakeholders to deliver against agreed contracts
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a field based capacity with strong interpersonal and analytical skills. He/she will be confident in operating up to senior levels both internally & externally with a clear ability to provide specialised technical support and to proactively share knowledge and learning with the customer and internal sales team.
To succeed in this role, it is important that you have a track record of achieving KPI’s and sales targets with strong project management and presentation skills.
Please note: Due to the travel involved with this vacancy a full UK driving Licence will be required.
The successful applicant will be expected to travel to the Celesio HQ in Coventry on a bi-monthly basis for team meetings.
